Bespoke events

At the entrance of Châteaux Haut-Brion and La Mission Haut-Brion, the Pavillon Catelan immerses guests in the refined and welcoming world of the estates. By turns a cellar and a residence over the decades, it now stands as an ideal setting for the most distinguished events. The grand Salle des Vignes, with its terrace, opens onto the vineyards of Château Haut-Brion. Private salons and a vast vaulted cellar offer further intimate settings for bespoke receptions and tastings.

La Cave du Château boutique also features dedicated tasting spaces. The Pavillon Catelan is equipped with a professional kitchen.

Tastings at La Cave du Château Pessac

Located at the heart of the Pavillon Catelan, La Cave du Château Pessac and its terrace offer a setting for a gourmet pause or a tasting experience. A selection of vintages from the Domaine Clarence Dillon estates is available by the glass, through curated tasting formats, or by the bottle, in a distinctive space open by reservation. The boutique offers everything from the latest vintages to more confidential bottles from our estates, including remarkable vertical selections. A curated selection of glassware, books, and oenological accessories completes this experience devoted to the art of wine.

Tastings at La Cave du Château Bordeaux

La Cave du Château Bordeaux aims to be a lively place where wine enthusiasts can come to discuss and share, with an opportunity of tasting wines at the boutique, by the glass or by the bottle. The summer terrace is open to all visitors wishing to discover the selection on site. Wine activities and private tastings are presented, with suggested themes or topics specifically requested. These tastings take place in a bright and pleasant setting on the first floor of the boutique, or under the beautiful vaults of the cellar in the basement. With over 1,000 references available, curious epicureans and seasoned connoisseurs alike will find what they’re looking for.

Tastings at La Cave du Château Paris

La Cave du Château (Paris) also organises private tastings with various suggested or bespoke themes. These tasting take place in the shop’s magnificent parisian vaulted cellar. With more than 3,000 references, the possibilities are almost infinite.

Fine dining at Le Clarence

In the centre of the Parisian golden triangle, a gastronomic restaurant awarded two stars by the Michelin Guide and ranked 28th by the 50 Best, nestled within a superb 19th century private mansion.

On the third floor, Le Clarence offers three private reception rooms, fully equipped and connected, which can welcome all types of events. Ideally located in the heart of the Golden Triangle in the 8th arrondissement right in the centre of Paris, it is the perfect setting to receive its guests, to savour cuisine created by the teams of Le Clarence, accompanied by the fine wines presented on its wine list.
